Percussion Plus supports the national campaign launched earlier this year by Stoves, to support British manufacturing by calling for a standard Made in Britain marque to be applied to all products manufuctured in the UK. We will now be displaying the Made in Britian logo on our website and marketing material to help make it easier for our customers to know when they are buying British.

Percussion Plus was originally formed in Great Britain in 1987 by a team of trained and experienced craftsmen and women dedicated to producing to the highest of standards, quality percussion instruments.

Our current workforce still continues to use traditional skills to manufacture long lasting and reliable instruments allowing us to be market leaders in our field. The "red" colour of our manufactured tuned instruments continues to be the trademark colour of Percussion Plus which sets our products apart from our competitors.

Our manufactured "Perfect Pitch" range; precisely highly tuned instruments including Glockenspiels, Xylophones and Metallophones are very popular with schools because of their superior build, durability and perfect pitch tuning. Once played, the instruments are highly distinguishable from cheaper, more inferior products on the market.

Over the last 25 years, the company has gone from strength to strength and continues to invest in manufacturing processes, personnel and new product development. We currently supply over 800 catalogue lines and manufacture over 40% of our range from our factory in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. We also carry a comprehensive spares list.

We would like our customers to experience the benefits of buying from the UK by continuing to support us and, more importantly, to support British manufacturing. Too many cheaper, inferior products are flooding the market and these will not have received such rigorous tuning procedures, thereby possibly compromising sound and pitch. Manufacturing in the UK also allows us to control efficient supply, guarantee high quality control, offer flexibility to our customers and also enables us to carry out ethical production.

As our products are designed, manufactured, assembled and distributed from our factory we can administer orders efficiently and liaise personally with our customers offering an exemplary customer service.
