The Percussion Plus PP1121 Skellig Bodhran is a traditional hand-crafted Irish drum. This genuine Irish bodhran is hand crafted from finest mahogany and real goat skin. The other side is open ended allowing one hand to be placed against the inside of the drum head to control the pitch and timbre. This drum has an 18" diameter and a lovely intricate design on the front. It also comes supplied with a bag, a tipper beater and DVD, all presented in a strong and colourful retail box.
